The Company’s products and services are currently marketed online at 4RealEstateLeads.com and our real estate investor social network, 4RealEstateSuccess.com. Accounts are also created through private label relationships with several real estate coaching and education organizations. At last count, more than 12,000 investors have simplified their lives with our systems.

Our History

 

4Real Estate Leads was founded in October of 1999 by Chris Scholle (President and CEO) and Michael Waters (CTO), two real estate investors looking for a way to systemize their own business.  The basic concept of 4Real Estate Leads was created on the long drive home from a real estate convention in Las Vegas.

The original platform was created as a desk top software for their personal business use, and on it’s trial run Chris and Mike were able to generate and do a deal on a property in which they made $63,000 with less than 5 minutes of prospecting time.  They bought the property for $24,000, spent $40,000 in repairs and sold it for $127,000!  Upon discovery of how well it worked for them they knew other investors would be interested in using their platform, thus 4Real Estate Leads was born.  The following are some of the company’s milestones:

  • October 1999: Trip home from Las Vegas convention
  • November 2000: Company registers the domain of 4RealEstateLeads.com, hires the first programmer and the platform and system development begins.
  • October 2001: The online application, 4RealEstateLeads.com (currently know as our “Silver” package) is unveiled at the OHREIA Real Estate Investor seminar and signs up 100 new customers.
  • March 2002: 4RealEstateLeads.com signed its first wholesale account contract with PMG who later became Prosper, Inc., to be followed by several others.
  • May 2004: On Demand Assistant™ Lead Screening Service launches as a premier product offering.
  • January 2006: 4RealEstateLeads.com “4RealTools” product made available to all customers (currently know as our “Gold” package).
  • September 2006: Quick Start Team launches with the 30 Days to Success Challenge.
  • February 2008: 4Real Estate Leads moves into our new corporate offices.
  • March 2009: Multi Industry Lead Application introduced by our parent company, ZXplus.
 

Management

 

4Real Estate Leads’ executive management team is comprised of veteran creative real estate investors with extensive executive experience. They have long felt the pain that real estate investors experience in their everyday life trying to find the best deals, products and services required to successfully invest in real estate.

 

Chris Scholle - President and CEO

Mr. Scholle is a business executive with over 20 years experiance in all aspects of management, operations and real estate investment. Chris got his start in the business world as a real estate agent, broker and investor who has studied and used all aspects of creative real estate investment strategies. Chris has bought and sold hundreds of properties worth tens of millions of dollars and holds an active Real Estate Broker’s license in California and Utah.

 

Mike Waters - CTO

Mr. Waters, an information technology executive with 10 years experience leading software development and IT operations in the U.S. and abroad and was instrumental in the creation and development of the 4RealEstateleads.com platform. In addition to 4Real Estate Leads, he has provided executive leadership for his own businesses and is an active real estate investor who has been involved in over ninety transactions. With his first "no money down" deal he left the closing with $40k cash.

 

 

Gary Wiser - COO

Mr. Wiser is an operations executive with 20 years experience regarding all aspects of business management, including: marketing, personnel management, customer sales and service, project management, and product development. Mr. Wiser manages the day-to-day operations of 4Real Estate Leads and serves as the Program Director for the Quick Start Team. He is also an active real estate investor using the creative investment strategies and processes taught by 4Real Estate Success. Mr. Wiser works with corporate management to ensure excellence, and to keep the vision and integrity of the company as we continue to expand and offer additional products and services.
