Turn Key Lead Generation System
Our “Stop Foreclosures” or “We Buy Houses” websites educates homeowners on why you can help them with their problems, delivers an educational report, and generates the lead. The leads are delivered automatically to your inbox based upon your assigned zip code area(s). The areas are assigned based upon the first three (3) digits of the zip code, so if you were assigned 982xx you would receive any lead with the zip code of; 98200 to 98299. Each account comes automatically with two (2) areas. You’re welcome to sign up for more but there is an additional fee of $10.00 each additional area. |

Toll Free Number & 24/7 LIVE Answering Service:
As part of the lead generation system there is a toll free number assigned to each website that is answered live 24 hours a day. Real power comes from a live answering service that will answer your calls professionally any time, night or day. A live operator will pay for itself with fewer hang-ups and lost opportunities. Leads collected from the answering service are then forwarded to your inbox and cost one Live Answering Service Credit.
Live Answering Service Credits are $1.95 each and can be purchased as follows, from inside your account:

Note: Please don’t confuse the Live Answering Service with the ODA service. The Live Answering service only collects contact info and the reason they are selling/requesting help.

The property profile includes; owner of record, county tax and assessment, court house records, sales data for the neighborhood and more. Busy Investors can leverage their time by importing the leads from drive bys, FSBO lists, websites, etc. for the ODA service to call.
Each successfully screened leads costs one (1) ODA Service Credit. The credits are purchased directly from your account and cost from $15.20 to $19.80 each, depending upon how they are purchased.
